What excites me about my team is that they come to work every day with a smile. They show up each and every day and make our community the best in NE Ohio. Our building has been kicked in the butt a number of times over the past year, but they continue to show up and do the little things that put a smile on our residents’ faces! I think our team does everything well, specifically mingling with the residents. Our residents know as much about us as we do about them. We share stories about our families and we make everyone feel part of the team.
Really these past 10 months have been an example of when we pulled together and accomplished something pretty amazing. To think that we doubled in census during this pandemic with a staffing shortage is nothing short of pretty amazing. Our team is really a family.
