My year with Vitalia Active Adult Community – Solon started late Spring and I am nothing but grateful to be part of this community. The culture I have experienced with Vitalia and Arrow and the approach to active senior living and staff appreciation is quite a difference from anything I have encountered in my long senior living career. They have recognized seniors have changed their habits and their interests and are always thinking and moving forward.
Being part of the Happy Hours each week and the town halls and seeing how involved residents are in their own direction of their lives, I find fascinating.
I am fortunate to have a full team, some new and some seasoned. They are responsible to keep all the gears oiled and moving. I am so thrilled to have Katie Metzger as my new Assistant Director. Katie earned her stripes as a Resident Services Director and her communication skills, ability to engage and build relationships, and consistent positivity has made an immediate difference in our community.
Vitalia Solon works very well with Fox Therapy. They are responsive, engaging and always offering to help in any way.
This coming year I want to celebrate with a full team and how we grow, learn, and appreciate a full, happy community.
