As the Executive Director, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping cultivate a culture of appreciation throughout the year. Through social recognition, milestone awards, and our weekly Creative Follow-Ups, we intentionally celebrate and support our dedicated team members. National Employee Appreciation Day is one of my favorite celebrations because it highlights the value of every department and brings us together to connect, laugh, and enjoy one another.
