Vitalia Solon Shows Appreciation to Its Dedicated Employees

Here at Vitalia Solon, we believe in the power of a chuckle. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s important to remember that laughter reduces stress, boosts morale, and enhances teamwork and creativity.

Throughout the year as Assistant Executive Director, a part of my role is always to promote employee appreciation. From social recognition and milestone awards to our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members. 

This past year, my favorite CFU was National Junk Food Day. We surprised our team with a cart full of some of their favorite snacks. The smiles and excitement from the team members, when we brought this snack cart around, were infectious. This was a great example of how even little CFUs make for a more positive and enjoyable workplace for everyone.

Creative Follow-Ups

These CFUs will continue throughout the year, but we are truly excited to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day on March 1st. Join us as we share laughter by creating a sense of camaraderie amongst our team and continue with the power of a chuckle as we celebrate by creating more smiles with our “build your own gift bag bar” for our team members. 

These are just a few examples of the many wonderful ways Vitalia Solon shows appreciation to the team. We genuinely believe that when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive. It promotes retention and makes us a great place to work, which, in turn, makes us a great place to live.
