Each August, Vitalia Solon participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
As the Executive Director, I prioritize promoting employee appreciation. I consistently take time to recognize our hard-working team members. Whether it’s through employee raffles for prizes, special treats, or participating in the numerous events we host for our residents, our employees at Vitalia Solon are always excited about the new and engaging events we offer!
