Benefits

VITALIA®’s culture is a core pillar of our work life and without it, we believe that service and quality of life for residents would suffer.

In addition to financial compensation, we have put together a list of benefits that we offer every employee to make VITALIA® THE place to work. Scroll through to see more information on each benefit!

Insurance and 401K

Financial stability starts with reliable insurance. There is no financial stability if you don’t have care when something goes wrong. That’s why we offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. And every employee has the opportunity to sign on for our 401K matching options so they can prepare for retirement early.

Free meal – every shift

When you walk into the Arrow Senior Living home office in St. Charles, Missouri, you may notice a somewhat sizeable dining table taking up the space. Why? Because we know a good meal sustains us physically and mentally and gives us an opportunity to socialize and recharge. We eat lunch together every day and we want you to join us.

Every employee at VITALIA® is invited to enjoy a meal every shift. Step back and recharge – you earned it. Nourish your body, focus your mind, and enjoy being around teammates and friends.

#Goals4Life

Residents at VITALIA® are always encouraged to set goals and work towards achieving them, with the support of our team. But it’s not only residents that we want to set goals and work to attain them. When you join our team, we’re going to do the same with you. We move forward together by focusing on achieving meaningful goals in our lives.

So what are your goals? Would you like to get that big promotion? Do you want to pursue continuing education to change your life? Or have you dreamed of doing something different than you are now? Let’s discuss – then let’s plan to make your goals a reality.
